# Capz Child Safety Standards
**Last updated: September 19, 2026**
Capz HQ LLC operates Capz, a private, invite-only communication app for university
fraternities, sororities, and student organizations. Capz is intended solely for adults
aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
## Our standards
Capz prohibits, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexualization of minors, including text, images, and simulated content
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor
- Trafficking, or facilitating the exploitation of a minor
- Any other content or conduct that endangers a child
These prohibitions are part of our Terms of Service and apply to every user, organization,
and piece of content on Capz.
## Age restriction
Capz is an adult platform. Users must confirm they are 18 or older before an account can be
created, and our Terms of Service require it. We do not knowingly permit accounts for anyone
under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we delete the account and associated data.
Capz is invite-only. There is no public directory, no open sign-up to any organization, and
no way for a stranger to discover or contact members.
## Reporting
Anyone can report content or a user **from inside the app**: press and hold any message and
choose Report, or open a member's profile and choose "Report this user." Reports are private
and are not disclosed to the person reported.
Child safety reports are prioritized above all other reports.
You can also report directly to **support@capzhq.com** at any time, including without a Capz
account. Please put "Child Safety" in the subject line so it is routed immediately.
## How we respond
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of suspected CSAE:
1. We review it as a matter of urgency, ahead of all other reports.
2. We remove violating content and permanently terminate the accounts responsible.
3. We preserve relevant records as required by law.
4. We report apparent CSAM to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)**
through the CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. section 2258A, and cooperate with law
enforcement.
5. Where a regional authority requires notification, we report to that authority as well.
